Hiring & Performance Series

Effective Performance Management

The advantages of performance management are well known to all organisations seeking a formal framework to capture and evaluate performance information in a consistent manner, but the very mention of the words performance management brings a sweat to subordinates, who dread the annual visit to their superior’s office to go through a complex appraisal document, and then leaving with no clear indication of how well they fared or the areas they need to improve upon.

This workshop introduces participants to the performance management framework, as well as imparts the necessary skills to implement effective performance management.
